This service blends traditional massage techniques including Swedish and Deep Tissue with energy medicine techniques to alleviate tension and promote deep relaxation. Biofield Tuning
Biofield Tuning is a method of sound therapy that uses tuning forks. The tuning forks pick up on areas of stagnation in the energy field, and its sound frequency helps to break it up. Biofield Tuning works specifically with the chakra system of the energy-body. This method of healing is great for anyone sensitive to hands-on touch. I decided to call my practice Bodywork Energetics, because I feel it represents the intention behind my work: integrating bodywork and energy medicine. These are powerful methods that will leave the client feeling rejuvenated and in touch with oneself.

Meet Rebecca

I provide a calm, welcoming space. I try my very best to do as much as I can within the session time. My focus is listening with my hands and intuition to what is needed with each individual client. I utilize my skills to best address what's needed for the session.

My practice began about six years ago when I found myself drawn to a group studying energy healing. During one of the study sessions, I found myself inspired by my hands, and realized, “I can use these to help make a difference in the world!” Soon thereafter, I signed up for massage school. I attended Advanced School of Massage in Thousand Oaks. Once I was certified, I worked for a small group of acupuncturists my first year and a half before building my personal practice. During this time, I craved a deepening for my skillset and found myself exploring different modalities. Structural integration with Anatomy trains, myofascial release with the John F. Barnes Method. When I came across Geo Love Healing, something resonated. And then a similar feeling with Biofield Tuning. Something about working with the energy field felt right for me. And so, integrating bodywork with energy medicine became my passion. ​​
